Muhyi is most popularly know for her work as director, writer, and producer on the award-winning film Undefined: A Muslim-American Musical (2017). This film allowed her to travel nationally as well as internationally to the 71st annual Cannes International Film Festival to present it. Muhyi also received Grants and Awards from her undergraduate university as well as graduate at Howard University for her film work. In 2019 Muhyi went on to perform in Partner Of-, a short play in New York, during this production she was nominated for best actress in Drama. It’s safe to say, Muhyi has a passion for art as a medium and representation.

Muhyi has been humbled to explore multiple avenues of media, but kept consistent in her goal to represent her community in the best way possible through film, television, and podcasting.
